Coaching History: Coach Freado coached football for the Columbus Diocese while attending OSU. In 2007 Freado served as a varsity assistant at North Union & head freshman coach. Freado led the wildcats to an 8-0 record and a MOAC championship. He became the defensive coordinator for the Pacers in 2008. Freado enjoyed a great deal of playing success while at Desales where he had the opportunity to play in several playoff games and a state final. Coach Freado resides in Delaware.

Mark Thomas

Education: Youngstown State University 1995- BA Comprehensive Social Studies

Coaching History: Coach Thomas began his teaching and coaching career at Ridgedale High School in 1999. While coaching football at Ridgedale, Thomas helped guide the Rockets to 2 playoff appearances & a regional final. In 2001 Thomas returned to his alma mater where he currently serves as an assistant football coach and head softball coach. Thomas serves as a JOG teacher at Hayes and has spent several years working with the student athletes in several different sports. Coach Thomas resides in Delaware with wife Linda and their son Dylan.

Drew Kirby

Education: Ohio State- Currently
Buckeye Valley High School 2005

Coaching History: Coach Kirby joined the Pacers in 2008. Kirby served as an assistant varsity baseball coach at North Union High School in 2007. He also serves an assistant baseball coach at Hayes. He is currently working towards his degree and teaching licensure in special education. Coach Kirby resides in Radnor.

Greg White

Coaching History: Coach White began his coaching career at North Union High School in 2005, where he served as an assistant football coach and head track coach. White joined the Delaware football & teaching staff in 2008. At Hayes He serves as a social studies teacher and Head Track Coach. Coach White and his wife, Amy, currently reside in Marysville.

O.J. Sancho

Education: Urbana University- Currently

Coaching History: Coach Sancho began his coaching career at North Union High School in 2006. Sancho joined the Delaware football staff in 2008. He is currently working toward his degree and teaching license in special education. Sancho enjoyed a great deal of success while playing at Marysville where he had the opportunity to play in several playoff games and a state semi-final game. Coach Sancho and wife, Melissa, reside in Marysville.

HEAD FRESHMAN COACH/VARSITY ASSISTANT

Coaching History: Coach Lamb has been on the football staff since 2007. Lamb is a Math teacher at Hayes and also serves as a Baseball and Wrestling assistant coach. Lamb has coached multiple sports at New Albany High School and Centennial High School. Lamb played baseball at Findlay University and also enjoyed a great deal of success while playing football and wrestling at St. Mary Memorial H.S. Lamb resides in Delaware.

TONY THOMPSON

Education: OSU Marion-Current

Coaching History: : Coach Thompson played Center at North Union HS in 2006-2007. While at NU he helped guide the Wildcats to back to back winning seasons. Thompson joined the Delaware football staff in 2009. He served as the 7th grade Offensive & Defensive Line coach in 2009 and will be transitioning to the Freshman level in 2010.
