BASKETBALL CONCESSION GUIDELINES

Dear Parent Reps and Volunteers,

The most important part of the concession stand is that we have fun and provide a friendly atmosphere for the fans and guests attending the game or match.

We have 10 different combinations of events. The number of people and times will vary. The following is our recommendations on how many people you will need to staff each of the events. If you can get people to work 2 straight shifts then please do so. Sometimes you can get volunteers easier if they are only working a couple of hours.

We will have both sides of the concession stand open only for Boys JV-Varsity games. We will be using the school side for popcorn and pizza during all other games.

The Committee will be in-charge of unlocking and locking the stands and getting the money there.

At the end of the evening the following will need to be done:

Re-stock Drink coolers.
Unplug Nacho machine and put cheese in cooler.
All equipment needs to be wiped down and unplugged.
Wash any dishes and utensils that were used and put away on Athletic Boosters side.
Sweep floor and empty trash containers, mop if necessary.

· Wipe down counters and tables.

· Remember when using the school’s side make sure everything is clean and put away.
